Remove emotion from the equation and it'll make better sense.

The company you agreed to work for has requirements. If you object to said requirements you have the option to sever the relationship. The power is in your hands.

Other offices also have tax agreements and needs to meet quotas as well. But they could at least be honest about which ones need to be staffed and by which amount of employees.

If they need people in the office for New Jersey tax reasons I wish they would just be honest about it, instead of pretending associates at other locations need to commute to a deserted office 3 times a week.

Forbes is full of sh*t. Look at all their past articles praising workplaces and predictions. They are so off. They are bribed into writing stuff that are not even true. Pay me enough and I will tell you how great our economy is right now.
