that's a tactic. you hire inexperienced eager beavers with lotsa debts, etc. and give the dolts a title. Then they play pretend for a few years or so (Peter Principle and Dunning-Kreuger effect-in action!), then get sh#t canned or they dissappear like those healthycare partners boomers who were bippin and poppin to the tunes, hand wavin', and singing, and ba----g, until the ax cometh. usa, usa!
