Why is the employee referral program used so little here?

Easy. I wouldn’t recommend Fiserv to someone I like or care about. I dont want to work with people I dont like.
FALSE: Most employers are allowing their employees to choose what works best for them.
These scores will never improve until Fiserv becomes a remote first environment that allows their employees to choose whether they work from home or work from an office. Most employers are allowing their employees to choose what works best for them and as a result employees are exceeding productivity expectations and taking on more workload as needed due to flexibility, all while enjoying the benefits of not having to commute to an office and more time with their families and children. Why recommend Fiserv as a great place to work to someone when they would have to trade the time and flexibility they currently have at home to work in an office for a company that provides below average benefits and incentives for their employees. Some employers are evening providing employees with a monthly stipend to employees who work from home for miscellaneous expenses for saving their company money and not taking up space in an office. The thought process of our leadership team is archaic and rigid.
Wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy.
Do any employees truly think that Fiserv would honor the referral program?
Fiserv would lay off either the new employee or the referral employee just to prevent paying out the referral award. Refer an new employee and get laid off right before it will be awarded. What a great deal!
Your Voice survey...I would recommend Fiserv as a great place to work...scores plummeted. That was the euphemistic topic for the earnings call translated as "people aren't using the referral process more"...kind of missing the message from the masses.
We like our friends and family.
This is a joke right? I sure hope so.
Because nobody would want to condemn someone to make the same mistake they did?
