Fiserv is full of lies, low pay, removal of benefits, why stay when there are great opportunities elsewhere?

@pjh+1hXuIWH7 you are a mo--n. People left because Fiserv stinks and would rather work somewhere else. Most of us got more pay and some were willing to get paid less just to get out of the Fiserv "Sh1t Ho-e" that was created by FB. It is really just First Data being called Fiserv which was and is run by a bunch of Monkey's jumping up and down yelling "Work More or i Fire you! Sapience! Sapience! Move or I Fire You! Sapience! Sapience!" They also said, "Oh we have an MRA from the Fed." Lets change the patching a vulnerability management policy, and turn off authenticated scanning so we can show progress for the MRA. Then we can let security engineers go as well.
Most OFS left are job searching right now. I personally waited too long, believing them when they granted RTO exceptions. Naivity cost me since they turned around and layed most of us off a few months later. Should have jumped ship the minute JY left and we were left at the mercy of FB.
It pays to be prepared. You always have to look for another job these days just in case. A sign of the times.
To the poster commenting, only people left, cannot find a better job. Such intelligence.
Here's to letting the door hit you on the way out.
- Pay is excellent
- benefits are affordable for the poor pay.
The pay is excellent or the bottom line, because the pay is poor for the employee. I guess it makes sense in some way.
The only people left are those who cannot find a better job.
Pay is excellent - way better now than original Fiserv, benefits very affordable for lower paid - and quite comprehensive.
Recession coming - job market will look way different in six weeks.
