Involuntary Separations benefits sheet deleted from

Will there be involuntary severance pay this time around? The involuntary separation benefits (used in April separation) which was online at lifeatford.com until last week has been deleted and cannot be found.

@kny Apart from a tiny stock grant ($15k/year that is probably underwater) and an extra lease car (which doesn't matter), what better benefits does an LL5 have over an LL6?

LL4's STILL get really good separation packages (3 years salary + 3 years seniority).

If I knew how much better benefits were for LL4's and LL5's I would have worked a little harder at being a brown nosing yes-man

Mullaly cut back the separation benefits a lot during the great recession -- "why are we paying people to leave Ford". A friend of mine was in the last group to get really good packages and considers himself to be really lucky

Back in the day they did years of service plus separation money. Must have been some LLs on the committee that were taking the deal too.

Involuntary this Spring got 9 months and last year the voluntary got 6 months. A few years back they pushed the payments into the next calendar year.

I sure hope the that it is a good enough deal to entice enough folks.
