Please dissolve IBM and prosecute all the thieves involved past and present

It makes you wonder if the sec is just incompetent or if it purposefully turns a blind eye.
You can file a complaint and give any info you feel is necessary to the sec. I’ve already done my part.

SEC has been completely asleep at the wheel for years. The meltdown at the last big financial crisis comes to mind. So this ain't going to happen. However investors will learn the hard way about IBM and then vote with their feeds. Survival of the fittest, and IBM ain't fit anymore.
