He keeps saying employees want raises when inflation is high, but don’t want to give the pay back once inflation lowers. Hey dummy, inflation going to a lower rate doesn’t mean deflation. Nice one, math major.

Bonus remix - new salary moves up the MRR scale. Raise doubtful
11+1=12 12-1=11
da math major is right
Just because the "inflation" rate decreased, it didn't mean prices went down. It means the rate of increase slowed and 11% inflation instead of 12% inflation still means my 2-3% increase didn't keep up.
Until inflation goes negative, I'm not giving any pay raise back to Cisco.
CR = Narcissist
He makes so much money that he is completely removed from the realities of paying to survive.

He’s just been creating creative excuses since at least December. Meanwhile, inflation continues to ki-l your already mediocre salary.
Remember, it’s a shell game and continuing to play makes you a su---r. Leave Cisco if you want to make good money. Stay if you like the idea of a 10 hour workweek and 30+ days off a year. Ohh and free therapy, you’re gonna need it.
The true equation.
CR+LR(employees)=(CR)$
11+1=12 <-- inflation
12-1=11 <-- deflation

ELT is not d-mb, they gave themselves good raises last year and figured out a math problem for you.
