I enjoy working with my coworkers, but it’s time to look for some other opportunities. I think for all these years that I've worked here, employees have never been less valued than they are now. There may have been worse periods at Ford... but for me personally, this is definitely the worst period in the last decade. You?

While SRD was very drawn out, at least it was over on a specific date. We have been told by multiple senior leaders that the layoffs that occurred in April weren't the last and that no one is safe.
I've heard rumors of mass layoffs every year since the year I started. I'm not saying they won't come. But SRD was objectively worse - they confirmed they were coming and then just let it sizzle for way too long which really ki---d any positivity people had. I'm guessing you haven't been here long enough to remember that.

To the previous commenter, you really haven't heard the rumors of mass layoffs coming? And the test run a couple of months ago. You might want to stick your head from out under your rock.
I think this is the best time in the decade personally. Worst was during SRD when they announced hella incoming layoffs then didn't say sh-t about specifics for the next year.
