I had to work for a manager with no management skills, put in unreasonable hours, and deal with toxic team dynamics. There are so many other small things that added to this being the worst working experience in my career. I don't even care if the grass is greener outside of Fiser anymore. I just want out, no matter what.

Honest question, why? Why did you do it? Specifically I'd like to know why you "put in unreasonable hours." Was that something you did from day one? Or was it slowly added over time? You said your manager has "no management skills", if you really felt that was the case, then surely they don't have the skills to fill out the paper work to have you fired, so why not push back?
