The STAR program was shut down in December 2021. I know of multiple people laid off today and talk of another coming in September. WF has become just another corporation lead by greedy executives who compare team members to cults. Top executive bonuses could have been used to save jobs instead of cost jobs.
Saul Van B. is the root cause of this ! He has brought nothing to the bank but misery since he was hired. A criminal investigation by a Senate Sub Committee is a certainty...
I was let go today. I work in WIMT. There were several others as well.
Five people i’ve worked with for years laid off today. Not in TI, but other LOB aligned tech departments.

Layoffs didn't happen today. Same poster repeatedly making fake posts.
No one believed me when I said tech layoffs were coming in June. TI wasn't the only tech LOB that got hit.

I think STAR no longer exists.
I was laid off in 2018 and accepted an offered for a STAR(temp)position. My STAR was 18 months but I quit after 12 months and my severance started after that. My timing was horrible though because I quit a few days before the pandemic. I was with WFB for almost 20 years. Now I am in totally new field.
