Thread regarding Ford layoffs

Same poster?

Occasional reader here. Did you ever notice all the posts seem to be in the exact same style and prose? Slamming Ford in the headline, latest recall news, and a complaint statements or question. Not sure what is going on. Anyone have any ideas about this?

Three employees? BF, CarCar, and spokesman, Said Deep? Phoebe doesn’t work for Ford direct, but you wouldn’t know that.

I wonder if it is the same guy that always posted on every single story on the internal Ford page? Lol

There are primarily three employees who post here. Take from that what you will.

@zuu+1hi5K007 give it a few years and you will be just like them. It is the trajectory for judgemental people

Yes! I think it is just a handful of the same old men who have nothing better to do but grumble about their jobs and provide hundreds of reasons why they just won't quit. I would hate to be as miserable as they are.

@uva+1hi5K007 The only group you missed are the people who whine about "woke" policies. Those posts normally get deleted after a day or so but the number of upvotes they get is surprising. Definitely an undercurrent of racism/sexism in here.

There appear to be a significant number of posters who live to bash the company. Some might be paid, others disgruntled employees or people who dislike the brand for whatever reason.
I find most humorous the posts where they ask what a LL6, LL5... does or how much money do they make. The ones who ask questions about HR or other internal policies are also seemed to be just trolls. If you work for the company, there are numerous ways to find to get this info starting with your coworkers and then your supervisor. Heck just go to the website.
Another group I find a bit sad are the ones who whine about how miserable they have it and have lots of excuses as to why they can't look for a job where they would be happier.
Finally, the posters who say they will be retiring but don't seem to have a clue on what they are entitled or who to ask.

Done, bring on all the negative comments and ratings!

CarCar, if you fixed our challenges as the CEO comments might be different (and positive). Instead we get EV fluff and your dream of “big data.” You have earned this and guessing more to come.

You can say "many of the posts", but not "all the posts".

You can say "layoff" website is negative. But layoff is nothing positive.

You can always go to internal sites and see all the positive posts you want to see. What is going on there? Do you have any ideas about that?
