Any benefit to the employee should obviously be communicated. As to weather you will be paid to travel for an elective procedure, I guess we will see. The states affected have a voting majority that supports their position, or they will be voted out. We as a company should honor the law and stay out of politics.

"Roe V Wade as well as other political issues have no place in the company"

other than the direct impact to employees..

They already tracked your medical records with Covid vaccines. Saw so much HIPPA laws broken, it was tragic. And they would not pick up your traveling costs?? Are you kidding, it would take from their bonuses. Plus who in their right mind would share if they wanted an abortion or not (Choice). That is a very personal decision and could NOT imagine having that discussion with my manager or HR. Your medical information is shared within the ranks. Its sickening.

@ahmp+1hioxwwz Don't be d-mb. Roe. V Wade has nothing to do with the topic, and if you think about it they want you to have abortions. If you're having abortions then no maternity leave etc. They don't care about you or your family. They want you plugged into their machine 24/7/365 working your tush off.

Of course they're silent on Roe v. Wade. They're secretly thrilled. Fewer abortions means more consumers.

0– he’s creating a lot of tension with the obvious undeserved hiring and promotions of special groups.

Roe V Wade as well as other political issues have no place in the company. I don’t go to work as a social experiment, I go to work to be productive and make money. Our company, as well as others, utilize an emotional agenda to sell more sugar water and snacks. Perhaps the Harvard law suit to nudge these corporations to be equal opportunity without discrimination.

  1. he has yet to own any layoffs, never mentions them, just meetings to pat self on back. we have not had perfect ceos, but prior ones owned their tough calls too. where did humanity go?

and the crickets on Roe V Wade while other companies have made their support known, interesting.

leads a small group of weak individuals: oligarchy system.
the elite reap the rewards while provding nothing to employees except "talk".
Get out - the place is toxic - managers do not care, HR is against every employee to keep their jobs active. The place is full of "rats" that will get you fired over personal vendettas. If your lucky and have 25 years and over 55 LEAVE - take your package and run. Overworked under appreciated and ruled by fear consistently of losing your job.
