The bank's own ethics policy does not allow "pay to play" relationships or client arrangements, however, the majority of the bank's recognition, all of the payment services recognition, ratings and awards, all come from for profit entities where significant funds are expended to collect and garner such recognition. Fraud not only on the company's employees, but also on the shareholders as well.

They can preach what they want but it’s all lies. We know they are pulling a front and are promoting the most unethical and toxic culture. The good news we are at times of exposure and things will come to surface. Karma doesn’t skip anyone. God is watching.

The ethics awards come from a for profit company. You pay them money and you get the award.

Their fake wokeness has always been apparent. It's a poor place to spend your career and they will cut you loose the first chance that they get. Just be honest about it.

Connections. Same way they manage to score well on diversity, equity, and inclusion. It’s all fake.
