I hate change. I've been here long enough to feel comfortable and hate the idea of leaving just to start from scratch somewhere else. However, Fiserv has been making it so hard to not consider leaving. So much negativity, so many layoffs, atrocious management behavior, and so many other things are just starting to be too much. I want to love my job, I just wish the company/management gave me at least a few reasons for it rather than against it.

Feel the exact same way. In fact I’m sure a few of my friends and colleagues will ask me if I wrote this.

For a very long time. Years. They put the fun in DYSFUNCTIONAL.
Thats not fast paced. Thats running around in circles
I’ve been here a long time…the culture has evolved many times…however it’s a very fast paced company…every single day you have to be ready for the next fire…
