Fired or laid off? Kind of a big difference, I'm assuming you meant laid off and just consider it being fired. Very sorry to you if that is the case.

Don't most people at Fiserv meet most so they can rid of anyone when it fits their needs?
"Meets most" was your warning to find a new position. They were manufacturing cause to remove you.
Did your direct manager or position change over the 2 years?
