The rumors predict thousands of layoffs throughout the year, but we all know that rumors tend to overblown the numbers. How many employees will Allstate lose in 2022?

At least half of U.S. based employees from what we have heard thus far and could be more than that. Large areas
and departments are being razed to the ground and place with India or overseas contractors or a combination of both. This is not an exaggeration and is very very real.

All gloom and doom.
The numbers look to be much more impacted than in 2020. This time it looks to be full departments being eliminated or outsourced and not just downsizing. If it is true of what we are hearing here in CCC just CCC alone will be more than the 3800 impacted in 2020 and CCC is just a small part of this.
