I wonder where this company is going. What do you think? I don’t see that leadership has any good plan. Unfortunately.

It's going to get worse before it gets better. If they took steps to course correct now it would make the C-suite look bad and accountability might happen. They are probably going to have to ki-l the studio since they can't seem to manage outsourced services and the side project which is consuming mad cash with minimal ROI. It's a contest between the contract expiring, the studio turning a profit and the providers ability to tolerate non-existent support.
