Let’s share salaries

For those who recently have left and those who are still with the company:
What is/was your pay grade and years experience?
How much do/did you make?
What state/region are/were you out of?
General field (example nurse, analyst, director)
I don’t want anyone posting anything too identifiable but obviously a director in NYC will make more than in Iowa so state or region would be helpful.

Hopefully this will help for those who are with the company or job hunting to get paid your worth

It is Gross + 10% RRP.

Midwest, grade 28, 129k + 8.5% bonus, 1 year with company.

Is that gross?

Regional VP for SGS out of Midwest — 262k with bonus based on revenue and stock. Currently little over 2 years with the company

I live in PA with ample experience for my GL 23 CAC position. As a top performer and dependable teammate, I only make $37k annually. Cannot move up for the life of me. This pay is TRASH. This company is a JOKE.

The salaries are likely gross. Whatever is here, please reduce the salaries by @25-45%+. that's their real salary. the rest is american magical thinking/delusions

Grade 28, Midwest. Manager role, $90k

Whoa, 45-135K gross is poor. Plus add in all the costs just to live etc. . wow. the owners, partners, trustees, board members are getting 7,8 figs. employees get jacked

GL 27, analyst, Midwest region, $75K base.

Northeast, 5 years, grade 28 125k

Midwest, G28, 10 YOE. Consultant . 115k base and around 3 percent bonus payout.

Was with company for 2 years, left for 65 percent base salary hike. Optum pays way under market.

24, 42K, Arizona

Are these #'s before taxes or net? Thank you

GL 25 South Dakota $45,000 20 years

GL 28 , Midwest , Sr BSA. 1 yr. 102k

GL29-Mountain West-173k base

director-west coast-9 years $132000 gross. post taxes, retirement contributions, and fees: $89000.

The place is a sht ho-e

Grade 30 in WV With the company 5 years 173,000 as a product director

GL 28 NY Area, Manager, 115k

GL 29 Project Manager 135,000

Dr Data Analyst 27 - 75,000 (20 years with the company)
Remember they only allow you to post two grades higher... DO NOT work at this CESSPOOL!!!!

Grade 28, 3 years. Midwest. Consultant role $96k

Product director 4 years 138,000
