I feel sorry for everyone who was affected and who thought it was enough to be a great and loyal employee. Unfortunately, loyalty has not been valued here for a long time. So how come there still those who are surprised when they are cut? Isn't it pretty clear that layoffs here haven't been managed fair for a long time?

Delan believes in loyalty. Let that sync in.
Neville doesn’t want to spend what it takes to secure things.

Most accurate description of Abdul and his minions I've seen.
But it all starts with Neville. Where else could an Executive have lorded over as many security breaches as Neville has and still keep his job?
I have to say that TMO has the worst corporate culture I’ve ever experienced. Abdul self absorbed delusional tyrant with an AT&T guilt complex. GW and Policy engineers are bottom of barrel, which is why every day is like hunger games. They tried to force all of us into the office so they can lord over us like in their home village. But we were able to save some sanity by forcing the hybrid work from home model. Two less days I get to experience bad smells from the lunch rooms and bad breath manager locked in small conf rooms.
I got fired for not taking the Jab with no severance. Just waiting for the truth to come out and then I'll sue T-Mobile as an individual not as a class action. Those of you that took the jab to keep your job will have a lawsuit as well. You should have realized they don't care when they fired the purebloods.
Honestly, it’s pretty much the opposite of that other reply.
you have to be a productive employee as well. Chanting the company mantras, wearing the gear isnt enough.
