Fiserv management is manipulative and backstabbing, the work atmosphere is toxic, and the company is overall an evil place to work. I'm not exaggerating, I honestly believe this. If you're willing to tell your employees lies about future benefits and bonuses and promotions while having them work 60+ or 70+ hour weeks to finish something and then lay them off before giving them any of the things you promised, then you are evil. As simple as that.
