I used to be very anxious every time I heard some rumor about cuts, but not anymore. I absolutely don’t care if I will be cut or not. My motivation for work here is zero. Anyone else here working on autopilot while looking for another job?

That’s the only way to go. You’re a number on a spreadsheet. Eventually no matter how many exceeds most, living proof, etc commendations you have, your salary and benefits are standing in the way of higher dividend checks. C level is a clown show and their senior reports are world class lickers.
