Revenue Down More Than Expected - Another RIF in Late August

Get ready - here we go again. This is not surprising but it is so draining working for a losing company that is always under attack. I'm running out the clock trying to get two more years in so I can retire but I may not make it. If you are under 50 and are still at this company ask yourself why? Of course HA is blaming poor sales execution. TC will be out next, surprised he lasted this long. Long live the CPO Queen.

Let the finger pointing continue, as the company goes down the tubes. Finger pointing is a symptom of an inability to compete or perform, with no insight into how to turn things around.

"I'm still waiting to witness CT to get the boot! How is he still here?" -- He has that snappy "sales team as soccer team" deck that he's been recycling at sales kickoffs since time immemoriam.

The question is what the CEO keeps promising to the board so that they allow him to survive this long? That under him the company kept its focus on equality initiatives… and a priority over everything else
