Classic shotg-n approach to reducing headcount. I’m certain that every division head was given a quota to cut regardless of business needs, and I was the easy target as probably one of the higher paid colleagues on my team, which is already bare bones. I wish my team well, and I have no qualms with my direct manager at all. Just another fact of corporate life - eventually they come for you.

Those who remain are experiencing "Survivor Blues"...
Ditto your comments. I got the call to. Really glad to be done but feel bad for those left behind. This philosophy is just so scary for the future of Fiserv.
Good luck and all the best
I wish you the very best in the future. If it makes any difference whatsoever, I am yet to speak to one of my former colleagues impacted by cuts in recent years who haven't said what an absolute blessing it turned out to be for them.
I’ve been hearing about some of the cuts and I’m so sad to lose some awesome colleagues. I truly hope the ones let go were given some type of financial package to help. Please know you will be severely missed by those who appreciated your value and worth and respected the h-ll out of your work ethic and dedication!! Best of luck.
Well said. Best wishes, I believe you’ll come out ahead after this.
I wish you all the best, and have no doubt you’ll do better away from this sinking ship. .
