This type of a manager is rampant at USB and yet never seems to get laid off.
No leadership capability, only knows how to waste time with meetings and coming up with id--tic ideas that make no sense. Has a different stupid idea every day, can’t follow through or implement anything or make an important decision to save their life, spends all their time making useless presentations and spreadsheets to boost their own ego.
Sight, yet it’s always the workers and never them that get let go…
