It seems to me that Fido used to be a much more relaxed workplace. I’m not saying there was no stress, but now it's astronomically high.
Am I exaggerating if I say that more than half of the employees here are facing a burnout?
I was even thinking of accepting a lower-paid job, just to get away from all this pressure, which is not good for my health at all.

The constant back to office drama burns me out. I wish I was in a different place financially so I could just not care what happens.
