Has anyone been able to change their team at T-Mobile?
If yes, please describe the steps and how your manager handled it (supportive? hostile)??? I know that the manager gets notified as soon as you apply for an internal role and I would not be surprised if they were to be unhappy.
I am not in a happy place right now. The team is slow, people are not interested in work, the manager is not a mentor and frankly her IQ is fairly low - there is very little you can learn from her.
The pace of work is unrealistic, the expectations are nuts, we are being pushed all the time - it's nuts. And in all this chaos, there is very little that's being completed. We get these insane deadlines but then the output is so low. People are so heavily matrixed, they are on multiple projects, nobody cares any more. Stretched thin.
It's so chaotic I am getting physically sick - I'll have to do something about this. Either I'll internally transfer or I just need to leave the company.
