Account Processing 300

So if they cut 300 from Account Processing does that mean they are actually going to cleanup some of the legacy cores? Examples:

Cleartouch - are we going to see them finally sunset this lump of Unisys hot trash? Keep Signature, Premier and Precision
Legacy CU cores - XP2, CUSA, Reliance, OnCU, Charlotte, CubicsPlus, CUNIFY, Galaxy - This list is not all inclusive but will these cores finally be sunset for Portico, and DNA to be the go forwards.

How about the surround products that these cores made: Virtual Branch, ROBO, LynxGate.

I just hope they don't expect all of these cores to keep going with no staff. It will be interesting. From being in core sales for a long time, I can tell you Fiserv's competitors are going to be jumping all over this layoff and using it to make core sales.

P.S. Hopefully some of the AP leadership was cut as part of the 300.

Hilarious? You know squat! PER ACCOUNT, Cleartouch is the more profitable than Premier. FACT CHECK IT !

Every migration, every conversion done now is just not done right. Every cut done since Fiserv became FirstData has been a cut to all the knowledge and experience that was Fiserv who although still has the name is actually FirstData. That's who's running it into the ground. It's always been a cobble together company however all the knowledge of how it was done is gone. More to come too.

Just pull up org charts…scary how many VPs and above appear…the cash glut is at the top.

Lol @the Chief - that's hilarious. You do not make more money than Premier. And your migration processes are inefficient AF. You have way more staff and do way fewer migrations. Your bloated and need a massive overhaul.

I’m in account processing DNA professional services, and the VP for PS and implementations just called a teams meeting for Friday morning.

Cleartouch has the BEST customer surveys AND makes more $$ than any other core!!!

There are many former Fiserv employees who are providing services to account processing clients. The services they offer are performed better than the service they would receive from Fiserv.

I doubt if Fiserv has enough staff to migrate Cleartouch to DNA, Precision to Premier and Signature to DNA or Finxact.
