Hello I have 6 days left at Fiserv. Very unexpected. I am not sure what I should do to help myself. I downloaded previous reviews to help with the verbiage on my resume. I contacted a few directors for references. I am at a loss and can't think clearly. Anything else I should do while I still have access through the network? Any advice?

Honestly, you may want to search to be a contractor. It pays well and you can create your own terms and they will negotiate.
Check PTO policy in your state. And take off as much time as possible efore you go, if you can.
Thanks again everyone, it's very surreal.
@3caw+1hoQZTW7 how do I find lhh?
They do not pay any unused PTO if you are in Georgia
LHH is the company that Fiserv is using to assist employees that are being laid off. I used them and they really did a great job with my resume. Utilize their services and get a better paying position somewhere else.

Linkedin suggestion is very useful - everyone in my old department stuck together there and all obtained new jobs with about 3 companies in groups. Demand references whenever you can get them. Generally they confirm just dates of employment and little else. (I had a lawyer, though, give me a great one and told HR where they could go about it). Anything positive take with you and forget that arrogant note above about post-it notes. Nothing like an insult is there. Walk out then and never look back.
Remember you training. Take all the post-it notes out of the supply cabinet, then teach you kid to steal school supplies.
I noticed that Fiserv sends paper paystubs after you leave. So the final check info should be available to you. Get the email and phone number in case you need to contact Employee Services for anything. Get contact info in case you need references. My new job did not ask for references. And most importantly, use youe network to find work. Good luck! It will be fine! There are better companies out there.
You may be able to request your personnel file from HR. I did this at my last company, they asked me what information I was looking for, told them I wanted EVERYTHING in my file.
All good ideas on this post. You should also try to get copies of all your annual performance reviews.
W-2's out of Workday.
get information regarding your 401K, and any stock information you might have purchased.
Join LinkedIn if you haven’t already. Look up your co-workers and read their job descriptions/profiles. Some of them are very creative. Use those to build your own and update your resume.
Thank you everyone I appreciate it
Download your paystubs, you won't be able to access them, without contacting support, once they cut you off. It's very annoying if you need them for any reason.
Copy the company phonebook, and any documents that you think you might need later.
On a practical level, make sure that all of your services are redirected to your personal address, email and phone, like health, dental, 401k, benefits wallet, so that you can access these from home. Note Fiserv service numbers in preparation for sorting out your wrap up details.
