I'm in a celebratory mood. I just got done with the final round of interviews with a company I've been wanting to join for years. I honestly think I nailed it. Now I'm waiting for the call and I'm praying to get it soon because I'm so done with US Bank and its cr-p. I hope everybody else is also in the process of looking because working here has become unbearable for so many reasons.

I hope it goes well but until you have a written offer DO NOT STOP INTERVIEWING. I was in the same position over the last month with two different companies: final two, thought I’d nailed it… and got neither. Just be prepared and keep up the search just in case the company’s hiring plans change, etc.
