Oh the usual...high turnover rate, understaffed in each department, one person calls off the whole department falls apart. I almost walked out last week and I only work weekends. If it wasn't for me being vested and my medical insurance benefits covered by the union, I would've quit a long time ago. The stress and constant disappointment isn't worth it anymore.
