Basic Fiserv retoric. Smoke and mirrors. The only FT remote jobs are sales positions and the sales quotas were increased quite a bit. Fiserv(FirstData)speciality: Say one thing and not only not deliver on the it but make the situation worse by any means possible.

True about training replacements - My department ages at Aon had to train IT newbies, one of whom delivered Pizza and did not know how to open up a computer case to work on the inside. (We were all outsourced of course). So kicking knowledge out the door to save costs is a long term death spiral.
People who have been remote for well over 10 years (some over 15 years) and know more about the core DNA system than anyone are being forced out. They are being asked to train their replacement who used to flip burgers and have no banking or credit union knowledge whatsoever. The clients know, believe me and will be jumping ship as soon as possible.
If you click on the “search remote jobs” link at the bottom, it comes back with 92 positions. Wow, a whopping 92 out of 40,000 jobs. It’s their false narrative and clearly doesn’t represent the majority of jobs at this company.
Read it. It’s true. There are people who get to remote in full time. Astronauts. Rest of my team is 3 days in two days out. I of course am in all 5 days.
