ISM is a joke at our store! Merchandisers still only merchandising. The so called random teams are more like a schoolyard game of kickball picks to the managers. Signing is awfully done. Managers are nowhere to be found on floor or the phone. Our store is also doing remodeling…which is a bigger joke. They curtained off the Home Dept. wrap stand so it stayed close

In my store it’s the same people ( the old support team) signing the floors and doing the new receipts
ISM is big joke same people doing all the work with a few extra id--ts thrown in. NO communication from execs they do not have a handle on it. The lazy still do what they want because they are not accountable for their actions. The only accountable people are tenured associates who do 99 percent of the work. Ridiculous!!
