At one point it became “normal” for me here to do work for two or three people. I literally got used to it not even noticing how much I actually work anymore. Only now that I'm in the new company, after finally getting some relief, do I see that I have developed great multitasking skills. Isn't everything much easier after the experience at Fido?

Pace over perfection is their slogan
It is line managements fault. They let it happen and don't have the guts to call out the slackers or they are just a slacker themselves. Sad thing is if you are a good worker you are just rewarded with more work...not more cash.
So much dead wood at Fido, with a select few doing the actual work.
