Tell-tale signs of a dysfunctional company

This has become a very dysfunctional company. It depresses and demoralizes everyone around me. I think the list of all the dysfunctional signs would be very long?

The corporation is going to continue to devolve while demoralizing the workforce and eroding quality. Eventually, the asset sales will reach to product lines and they'll have to sell off lubricants divisions while the names still have some worth due to reputation. Their only future is opersting what they currently have, contunuing luck in Guyana, and resorting to just becoming a fanancing company. XOM is a sinking ship, but only the peons in cattle class see the water coming in. The officers at the top couldn't possibly believe there are cracks in the hull because they'll be gone on their golden life rafts before the water reaches their level.

Here in the lubes org we've been struggling for over a year to maintain our base business. It's impossible to motivate our people and manage side projects or implement process changes when we can't meet daily customer demand.

SRM sucks working with Supply Coordination. Managers and supervisors are spineless and the traders are egomaniacs

In the Brussels forum on Monday he kept on telling us how brilliant he was. In that case, I am sure he feels worthy of the payrise.

CEO gets 50% pay rise in 2021 (an extra $7.9 M) while the serfs get an average of 3%.

This is anti leadership behavior Of the highest order.
