Due to WARN ACT, it is 10 weeks minimum (2 months' notice) where you may or may not have to work but you will remain officially an employee. Therefore, in those 2 months you can technically claim yourself as an active employee on your resume. You will still be paid normally like an employee and do not get all the money at once.
Because you are given a layoff notice, you do not have to resign if you have a new job and you still get the money.
You are entitled to vacation time not used and not expired but those additional time are usually paid immediately.
What if only with Chase 2 years?
Still 10weels?
Yes and any vacation time you have will be added to the 4 weeks
