I was fortunate to leave to a growing industry.
I am currently in the process of hiring the smartest one in our group when i left.
I feel so good that this smart fellow may also now have a new start in a better industry with a better, well, with a better everything.

They tried to say my homie had criminal intent when he had some guys pick up a machine that we lost money and our dignity on just so his manager could use it as a stand in device at a dusty comic book convention.

It was a hard decision to hire someone obviously smarter than yourself, but since I moved up as a product manager he'll be taking my role so its a perfect situation.
