Yes become a SAM the role has been around for 20 years. It’s an account manager that handles very large accounts for servicing.
All of the comments to this post, let this d-mb d-mb go there and see for himself. He can clearly see all of the true criticism yes ask this d-mb question in this forum.

Veteran of 13 years over here. I'd recommend talk to other folks in your area who work at T-Mobile. I wouldn't join this place under current circumstances. There too much upheaval & leadership has no clue how to run this place properly.
Btw, what other roles are being terminated? Is it the new emerging products ?
Don’t do it. More layoffs announced today for a “new” position that has been around less than six months.
