Thread regarding Verizon Communications Inc. layoffs

Bad vibes

I have more work to do than ever before, but it is less tiring than the toxic atmosphere and bad vibes that are everywhere in this company. Worst of all, no one even bothers to fix it... Admittedly, I don't even know if that would be possible at all... Only drastic measures might possibly help going from toxic to healthy?

Hans and team created the most toxic work environment I’ve ever seen. They really push their liberal politics on their employees.

He’ll consolidate the lines of business. Try to fix whatever was left behind. Maybe he’ll make some great acquisitions like AOL, edge cast or Bluejeans. So much competition and it’s becoming A race to the bottom. He’ll do fine. He seems talented.

please explain what sampath is possibly going to do? anything he implements was long in motion from tami, not him. these people take a half a year to a year to roll out changes and product, 5G and the multi store model being 2 examples. he is in no way coming in and doing something immediately that was his own idea and a brand new concept

@OP+1huH6AOV good post. Sampath will be making very significant changes. It’s what the new guy does.
