Anyone stepped down from team lead spot to go to merchandiser? How much pay do you lose

It really isn't much when you look at what all you are responsible for. Roughly $2 an hour. That is $80 a week. You can pick up a part time job. Just work 10-12 hours & you will make more & not have to deal with the pressures of a lead.
I did and it was 10 percent
