It's become hard to watch those employees who are still trying to fulfill higher and higher expectations from their superiors. Why are you doing that? Why are you letting Mondelez squeeze you like that? Why do you think that they will value you more if you work yourself to exhaustion or that you will get to keep your job that way?

They dont care about you ,they have a new class that graduates every semester. they get rid of you and have a fresh mind to destroy. Tell you how good they will make you but leave you in a fetal position when they are done.
People have to figure things out in their own way and time.
