I am a newer employee and always was under the impression that Verizon was the greatest of all the carriers. However, every call I get is a port out from people saying the service used to be excellent until recently. What happened and why don’t they fix it? There isn’t a trend to report. The calls come from all over the USA, so can’t say it’s strictly one area. What gives?

There had been and will always be churn. That said my service is horrible where I live thiugh turning off 5G helps.
Total speculation but I think as they make network changes to support more 5g and less 4g and shut off cdma it impacts the quality in certain places. 3g/cdma was the coverage spectrum that covered the hard to reach places.
Are you kidding me? Verizon has and will always have the best network!
We bought the wrong spectrum. Can't fight physics.
