I'm at once worried that I'll lose my job but I'm also worried about how my job will look if I stay and a bunch of people on my team are laid off. Either way, I'm screwed. I either have to look for a new job or I'll most likely have so much work added to my plate that it'll be unsustainable. There's no winning option here when you think about it.

Start looking for something new now, and if you get laid off at least you’ve got a bit of a head start and some severance to fall back on. Get your resume together, start networking, make sure your LinkedIn profile is up to snuff, etc.
So many managers still holding on to their jobs hoping they will get a severance soon. No one really gives a fu-k….it’s all about the money
Last night I dreamt that I was laid off.
In my dream, I showed up for work and my work station was taken away and was told that I was laid off!
