Anyone know why a BTL left in Baytown? Were they PIPed? How awesome would it be if supervisors got a taste of what it feels like

BTL tends to be a rotating position, unless you sc--w up badly, you are always Q2 or higher. My guess is there are better options or the planned career is not lining up with his/her interest.
I don’t think the MB BTL was PIP
BTLs have left BR too. G-line BTL left earlier this year. Multiple t/e/m SLSs as well.
Don’t think I’ve heard of a BTL leaving Baton Rouge Ref or Chemicals…been a long time that’s for sure.
BTLs leaving has been a common occurrence over the past two years
MB?
Although the BTL has a significant input into the assessment process of individuals. It is a panel of the BTL peers that make up the majority of where the individual ends up in the PA process, however, the DHs ultimately can override what the BTLs decide upon and in some cases it goes further up if LT or HR sees bias, but usually 99% of the decision is made by the DH not the BTL, but all of that is decided in the pre-alignment that is not supposed to happen but does. HR and LT know about the pre-alignment that goes on, but don't do anything to stop it from happening. OP please don't be so spiteful to the BTLs when it's really the DH that is fully accountable for the decisions. But regardless, there are many BTLs that have bad behaviors and get away with it.
The BTL I know of that’s leaving this week is at MB
In the Chem Plant or at BOP?
da f-u-k is BTL?
You are a liar- no BTL left Baytown!
