The VPs want us to take care of our customers but they provide third world equipment and budgets to do so. You want to let a body shop do the job of a licensed adjuster then call an adjuster to be told something totally different per policy?!?! You want a roofer to be the face of your company to then have an adjuster actually enforce the policy!?!? Good luck with that.
