I started bass pro not long ago and the club manager is absolutely horrible to me. She treats me like cr-p and starts rumors. I went to HR but he is too new and out GM is never in the store.

It doesn’t matter who you contact. It won’t change. Sorry to be negative but it happens a lot. You’re frontline and very replaceable in their eyes. Start looking for something else.
Have you tried contacting the regional club manager?
