Thread regarding Sam's Club layoffs

This is how managers bonus should work

Does anyone other than me think managers bonus should work like our mx voices and if the grass roots survey said that employees were not happy they would loose some of their Sam share

If it counts against the associates bonus then it should definitely count against the managers bonus as well. It's not fair to make it count against associates but not the managers.... must be @aug+1i3rsXHh is a manager and that's why they don't agree... God forbid the company takes care of their associates better huh? Oh wait you already seem to know with saying NO because we all hate managers. Has nothing to do with hate you think maybe people are just tired of being treated like cr-p and watch the managers do nothing but sit in the office all day and b.s. Not saying all club has bad/lazy managers but don't speak on the behalf of the rest of us.

To quote Sam Walton, "The way management treats associates is exactly how the associates will treat the customers.". So yeah, sounds fair. Throw out the highest and the lowest evaluation(s) due to cronyism and grudges and you will probably find the truth.

Something like that would need to have targeted and detailed questions to isolate club, market and regional management individuals. They would have to have individualized bonus structure to really but effective. Sounds very complicated but interesting.

No, because a certain segment of you seem to hate every manager and all authority in general.
