What are the MRR ranges for San Jose Grade 8 and 10

Since my manager keeps on ignoring me when I ask about MRR ranges for my roles Grade 8, I thought I would give it a try here. I don't want to bring this up with HR because then it will create tension between me and my manager, and I don't want that especially now. Would really appreciate it if someone could share the MRR if they know.

I'm Grade 8, San Jose campus
TC: base 139k, stocks: 50k over 4 years.

I don’t know if that’s a serious question but 125k is 3.5x the median income in RTP. I’m not saying it’s wrong for people to stride for more but if you can’t ‘make it’ on 3.5x the median salary, it’s probably not a income issue but an issue with your ability to restrain your spending.

Who cares about Cisco ranges? Switch companies if you want a pay bump.

Grade 8 and a decent amount of RSUs? That's only for top-talent on that grade level. Or is that a kind of sign-up bonus?

Mate, unless you are from the subcontinent and from the right village, you will have a tough time hitting that or progressing.

OP here, specifically for software engineering. Not sure if they're the same for types of roles like PM, so asking specifically for software engineering roles.
