Yes, morale was pretty good as we emerged from the recession around 2010 until 2018.
So I worked for Ford from 2001-2007. Morale was never good during that timeframe and I was lucky enough to find another opportunity and leave. I’m just curious, was there ever a time between 2007 and now when morale was good at Ford?
The fact that they pulled the information from HR online tells you they will update it very soon. That will be the same day as the announcement. The cat is out of the bag. Directly from the horse's mouth (Billy/Jimmy). There have been some Townhalls where various executives are touting, we have too many people. Get it over with soon. The morale is dead.
