I sincerely feel sorry for all those who are still making enormous efforts, believing that it will be appreciated and that they will save their jobs. In the end, they are dissuaded only when they are laid off unfortunately. Perhaps once upon a time those at the top cared about the employees, but that is no longer the case. Why do some persistently ignore that bitter truth?

Because it would require that they get off their Millennial Rears and actually DO something, like Unionize!!!
God, kids, is it that hard to swallow? The problem is not so much Left to right, or Black to Whites, as it is TOP TO BOTTOM.
