The main cost-cutting goal has been achieved, so I think they'll switch to micro-cuts that fly under the radar from now on. They'll hit one team this week, another group the next, cancel a project or two...things like that. Just constant surgical cuts to keep the number going down over time. They don't have use for more major rounds but I can see them doing that.

Just wait until the Union bank merger goes through…there will be plenty more layoffs to come with the extra cost /FTE
Re-orgs, constantly reorganization. It's all this management does.
Yeah there will definitely be a quiet period and then more cuts this fall. The return of October cuts was my expectation, but September is close enough. My team reallogned, no cuts. However, some of the changes to employees with bloated salaries seem like they were made to make shifting their responsibilities away easier. It's like that moved the pieces around for our first wave and will complete the cuts in the near future
